SalesOutreach provides a B2B sales outreach platform that includes AI-powered prospecting, lead enrichment, email verification, and automated email outreach capabilities. The Service is designed for business use and is intended solely for professional, commercial, and organizational purposes.

Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate the CAN-SPAM Act or equivalent laws

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service beyond permitted API usage

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy without prior notice.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected at registration or upgrade. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SalesOutreach Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Data Processing

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.

8. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable email and anti-spam laws, including but not limited to:

CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
GDPR (European Union)
CASL (Canada)
Any other applicable local, state, or international regulations

SalesOutreach provides tools to help with compliance (such as unsubscribe links), but compliance is ultimately your responsibility.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesOutreach Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SalesOutreach Inc. and its employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
